My Expertise

I am not rooted in traditional medical science but have, over the years, built extensive knowledge about human beings and the resources required to ensure a well-functioning life with a focus on health and well-being. This also includes significant insight into what it takes and how we best achieve longevity. To pursue a healthy living, breathing is a great catalyst and with the right approach and techniques it can change lives. Breathe better, live longer. With my professional knowledge and background in coaching, I am happy to guide you or your organization in the right direction.

Interests

In addition to my great interest in health on all levels and in people in general, I spend most of my free time with my family, which consists of three children and my partner. Physically, I love to challenge myself, as I always have and still do. In my younger years, I played paintball at an elite level around the world. After many years, this was replaced by running, and in 2007 I completed my first ultramarathon – 250 km through the Gobi Desert in China, where I placed 3rd. In October 2008, I ran another 250 km, this time in the Sahara Desert, as part of a team with two others and we placed 1st . I still run occasionally, but I have replaced ultramarathons with orienteering and padel tennis, which are now my greatest passions, alongside other sports that also take place in my life.

My Mission Is To Change Lives

To change the approach and perspective on today’s health paradigm, where most people focus on quick and short-term solutions instead of healthy choices and a long-term relationship with ourselves. Today, we are expected to live longer than previous generations, which requires us to become more knowledgeable about what the environment does to our body and life, and how we overcome a degenerative body that may have been and neglected for many years.

With the right focus and effort, we can create changes that unlock all the human resources we possess. In this process, we must continually remind ourselves that changes take time and require effort. Physical movement, breathing and knowledge of the human body have always been of great interest to me, and I have studied this in many ways over the years. In my opinion, “holistic” movement and healthy breathing should always be part of a healthy lifestyle.

I often lean on a few guiding phrases from one of my many mentors:

“Don’t ask for a protocol, ask for creativity,” – FM

Diversity breeds immunity.” – FM

Reach out if you find a match and think I will be able to guide you or your organization further in living a healthy life with breathing as the preferred engine!
