Breath Hold Tip #2

I hope you have been practicing every day and noticing your improvement – Both in the length of your breath hold as your mental and physical state.

I think it is time to ramp things up. Today you are going to meet your inner dolphin.

If you follow me step-by-step, you will trigger your mammalian dive response. Your heart rate will drop and you will reach a state of deep relaxation. If you combine both my tips and practice, you will soon become a champion of breath!

Summary:   Prepare for 4 dives in a row

You know your max dive time by now.   Dive 1: Aim for half of your max dive timeDive 2: Add 15 seconds to the time in dive 1.Dive 3: Do a “sub max” dive – this is 15 seconds less of your max dive timeDive 4: Now go for a longer Max Dive Time

Between each dive – pause for minimum 2 minutes – and as long as the last dive. So if the last dive is 3 minutes then pause for 3 minutes.

Take a look on how others are doing and don’t forget to post your progress and share your experiences!

My team and I are there to support you, every step of the way.
