This special program is showing – for the first time – some of the exercises Stig Severinsen has used while training for his 22 minutes Guinness World Record breath hold underwater.
The exercises can be done anywhere. So you don´t need a gym.
For one of the exercises, you would need is a strong rubber band to go around your chest (etc. bicycle tube)
In another exercise your need some resistance on your chest. This can either be created by a person pushing down or a flat weight 5-10 kg.
