I’m a physiotherapist with a deep interest in human movement and a strong desire to treat individuals to ease pain, enhance their mobility, strength, breathing and overall functionality. I like to dig deep into the patient’s history and treat the root cause of the problem, rather than treat the symptoms.
Achieving breathing awareness and mind body connection is one of the first steps to take in order to prevent and treat any pain, injury or disease. Due to its system changes at all levels: nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, hormonal, digestive, lymphatic system and, very important, our psyche.
I want to help bringing this awareness in my community through Breatheology methods; to start working on the most powerful healing tool: conscious breathing and it’s different techniques.

I’m offering workshops to schools to teach both teachers-to get stress resilience, and very importantly to teach our kids the basic of breathing and some fun breathing exercises for them to start using this amazing tool from earlier stages in life in order to make the future generations STRONGER in all senses by CONNECTING with their body thought controlling their BREATHING and MIND.
