After multiple world records I wrote a book about my training methods and approach in what became my best-selling book: Breatheology – The art of Conscious Breathing.
Later after 10 years of coaching these methods I developed The Breatheology Method, which is simple to apply to any situation yet very powerful.
The Method has proven its worth in helping people rehabilitate faster from PTSD/Anxiety and normal daily stress to Olympic gold-winning athletes and Navy SEALs increase their mental power and keep calm in stressful situations.
