The Breatheology Master Class is a self-development process, which is taught in 3 steps over a period of 3 months. There are no prerequisites for diving, breathing, yoga, swimming, meditation or sports required.

Please note that anybody can apply for a Breatheology Master Class (click link below), but since we have limited capacity and require certain personal qualities we will select the group accordingly in order to optimize the energy and synergy.

Introduction
As a first initial step of the Breatheology Master Class program you will receive material on meditation, breathing and diet. The material includes specific exercises in the form of video tutorials for breathing and mp3 files for meditation in order to prepare for the next step – a 7-day active training course. 

7-day course
On this one week practical course - held in the Red  Sea - you will be coached personally and in groups. The main focus will be on a balanced combination of meditation, freediving, yoga and networking with other inspiring people in order to optimize your personal development. As part of the program a specific lung function tests (professional, yet simple and non-invasive) will be performed to monitor your health status and progress. Another important aspect is your private “action plan”. This will be developed together with the course directors where you define the goals and content. Exploring the magnificent underwater world will inspire and challenge you to redefine some of your personal goals and dreams.

Follow-up
In order to secure your developmental process and maintain the good ‘habits’ learned during the 7-day course, it is important to keep engaged in the group reflections. Here you can discuss one-on-one or in smaller groups and catch up on the exercises, exchange experiences and – maybe most importantly – get support to stick to the goals and dreams defined in your personal action plan.

All participants will receive a Breatheology Master Class Certificate after successful completion.

Instructors
During the entire program you will be guided and coached by world-leading experts. In addition to the main instructors, external consultants with expertice in psychology, business development etc. will participate in parts of the program.

Foundation
On the actual course the fundamental tools are incorporated through experiences with the four elements described in the figure below. The fusion of these elements offer multiple ways to reach individual core values in both body, mind and soul.

Breatheology Cruise
