Sana P. Milochevitch
I am Sana-Patrick Milochevitch. I work with daring people and curious minds – people who seek revision and meaning in their lives and want to make a positive difference in the world.
As a certified Coach, being a seeder, a fire-starter, a thought partner, and a trainer and supporter in my clients’ journeys is what allows me to weave my work and values together.
I apply my unique professional and life experience through the combination of theory and embodied practice in 1:1 and group coaching, teaching or consulting.
I help established leaders, leaders in development, athletes, men and women, children and families, to find clarity and meaning, to remember who they are and what they are capable of, to develop tools and skills to enhance their cognitive and physical performance, and to expand and deepen their sense of well-being in order to make a positive impact on themselves and others both in their professional and personal lives.
Often, it starts with them reconnecting with this fundamental part of themselves, their breath; by simply paying attention to it – gently, kindly, without judgement.
