Michael is dedicating his life to becoming a well-rounded athlete and continuously works on his weaknesses.
At the moment he is training for the 2020 Olympic Games in Sports Karate. Along with martial Arts he trains in and teaches CrossFit, Parkour, Functional Movement Training, Yoga, Gymnastics, Boxing&Kickboxing, SUP, and Kayaking.
Michael believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness focusing on making meaningful life choices in every aspect rather than just a workout or nutrition program.
He believes that the body comes with everything it needs to guide us to our optimal health and happiness and focuses on creating programs for the individual not for the masses.
