Born & raised in Kazakhstan, but now living near Geneva, Switzerland, I am a biohacker who is focused on natural health and self-development methods. Beyond Breatheology, I am also certified in the Wim Hof Method, the Oxygen Advantage Method, Human Potential Coaching (aka “Bulletproof” coaching), as well as in OMNI Hypnosis.

At the same time, my nearly 20-year career in human rights and international development (UN Agencies and other international organizations in Geneva, Kazakhstan and Colombia) helps me understand the pressures and challenges of office work and teleworking, as well as of leadership & executive roles.

My diverse toolbox of methods & techniques makes it possible for me to tailor the approach to both men & women seeking to feel younger and more energized and wanting to get more out of their day, as well as to biohack their lives with simple, cost-efficient & accessible tools.
