Hi, I’m Vaughan. My route to a breathing instructor and Breathology was via the Gut.

I wrote a book on Gut Health and discovered that breathing and your diaphragm has a massively positive impact on your Gut as well as your overall health.

Everyone can improve their breathing – whether you’re an Olympic athlete or recovering from surgery.

Through breath training I have doubled my underwater swimming distance on a single breath from 35m to 84m.

I am passionate about teaching practical breath training to improve mental health, fitness and overall well being.

Improved breathing is one of the most effective strategies to great health.
