Welcome to my Breatheology profile!

In the last couple of years I have become very interested in health and everything surrounding it. This
includes so many aspects and breathing might be one of the most basic and important ones. Whatever
happens, you have to breathe and for most people around 12-20 times per minute. So why not make the
most of it and do it the best way possible 🙂

My military background (close to 20 years) made me aware that life can get so hectic and busy that
people sometimes forget they also need to take care of themselves. Especially if you have to perform at
a high level on a daily base. The excuse of “not enough time” pops up easily, but can you really not spare
10-20 or even 5 minutes?

It is not always easy to know where to start, but with just a little timeslot every day, dedicated to yourself,
breathwork could be the start of creating a great new habit and taking back some responsibility for your
own health/life.

You are capable of a lot, if not everything, if you put your mind to it! Whether it is just creating a healthier
lifestyle, performing better or changing bad habits, breathwork can help.
